Protection Social Levels and ILO Recommendation Number 202

Since the adoption of Recommendation 202 (hereinafter, R 202), by the General Labour Conference of the ILO in 2012, addressed to the member countries of the organization for the adoption of measures to build floors protection social, within the framework of decent work, we understand that arose obligations to Uruguay, where you can delineate two axes of basic work: a) the emergence of informal work, undeclared or unregistered, the transition of informal work, undeclared or not registered to formal work, and b) the promotion of productive work and employment. In these two axes s, worker cooperatives and production cooperatives are the instruments and play an important role to complete the construction of the social floor.
