Abstract

Abstract: From the definition of “commercial practices”, the author introduces in different types of practices, whereas in particular those abusive, and the regulation of this matter in different European and American legal systems. Considered also, and mainly, the law on consumer protection, existing in the Republic of Argentina and the new regulations introduced by the recently sanctioned Civil and Commercial Code.
