Recepción jurisprudencial de la “objeción de conciencia” Comentario a la sentencia Nº 586/015 en autos “ALONSO, Justo y otros CONTRA PODER EJECUTIVO. Acción de nulidad”

RESUMEN. El 11 de agosto ppdo. (2015), el Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo2 hizo lugar a una demanda de nulidad contra el Decreto 375/012, reglamentario de la Ley 18.987/012, sobre interrupción voluntaria del embarazo (en adelante IVE), iniciada por un grupo de ginecólogos uruguayos, poco después de la publicación del mencionado decreto.
La acción invocaba el derecho a la objeción de conciencia, o mejor dicho al ejercicio de éste, reconocido expresamente en la mencionada ley, pues consideraban que el decreto la había restringido ilegítimamente.
