Carga inmediata estética. La predecibilidad del éxito.

Resumen

RESUMEN.Los cambios fundamentales que se han desarrollado en las superficies de los implantes, conjuntamente con la exigencia cada vez
mas frecuente de los pacientes por reponer sus piezas dentarias perdidas lo antes posible, ha determinado que los clínicos incursionen en técnicas que hagan de esto una realidad. En este artículo se muestra que la rehabilitación provisional estética inmediata de los implantes colocados en el mismo momento de la extracción ó en forma diferida tiene gran aceptación por parte del paciente y un éxito predecible.
